The patented SMP1240HD metal forming pads are designed with unique wear pads that lock in place with a tongue and grooves that lock in the center of the pads and then move flexibly with the deflecting forming pad.

  • For heavy duty applications
  • Heavier gauge sheet metal can be bent with this design
  • These radius forming pads can form as thick as ½” Mild Steel
