Polyurethane Crane Bumpers
As an overhead crane bumper manufacturer, Polyurethane Products provides bumpers that are available in Solid Cast or Steel Plate base designs or with a single bolt. Solid Cast Bumpers are a single piece molded type, with steel screen reinforcements in the base plate. Available in 2” to 12” diameter, Steel Base designs have a steel base plate with 4 bolt holes, bonded to the cylindrical bumper. They are available from 2” Dia. up to 12” Dia. Econo Bumpers are available with a bolt molded to the base.
All Polyurethane Crane Bumpers comply with C.M.A.A & O.S.H.A. requirements.
"P" Series Crane Bumpers
Made of single piece molded Polyurethane bumper body with integrally molded base, with reinforcing expanded metal screen(s) molded inside the base. The 4 molded mounting bolt holes in the base has bonded steel washers. This design eliminates the possibility of the bumper portion separating from the mounting base plate, such as in steel base plate designs. This design bumper is much lighter than the steel base plate design, of a similar size."S" Series Crane Bumpers
Made of a high performance polyurethane elastomer bumper body that is cylindrical shaped, and is bonded perpendicular to a square,steel base plate with 4 mounting holes. The bumper has an integrally molded ‘safety-hook’, designed for safety cable anchoring."B" Series Crane Bumpers
Made of a high performance Polyurethane elastomer bumper body that is cylindrical shaped, with a washer and bolt molded on one end, and has a safety cable hook molded to the body, Single bolt design bumpers are economical and easy to install.
