The Ergono Poly-Hammer™ has a unique handle design with a 19 degree incline of the grip portion of the hammer in relation to the main axis of the hammer, providing alignment with the wrist angle of the human hand. This design avoids the twisting of the wrist when the hammer strikes an object, drastically reducing the possibility of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

- A single piece molded design with a replaceable face and a dead blow design offers more advantages than any other hammer design.
- The replaceable face can be made of a variety of color coded thermoset Polyurethane compounds or with machined bronze or hardened tool steel, thus offering versatility and economy. With a replaceable face, you need to replace only the face when it wears out, instead of the whole hammer.
- A steel rod is molded concentrically in the handle and attached to the head of the hammer.
- The head is filled with steel shot to provide dead blow feature.
