SHEETS
Our most common, high volume production sheet size is a precision cast 24" x 144". Because of our unique and high volume production set-up with several PRECISION CAST MOLDS to produce a number of sheets, we can offer a very competitive pricing on precision cast sheet sizes of 24" x 144" or fractions of this size sheets.
We have the largest precision cast sheet mold in the business, that can produce PRECISION CAST SHEETS of 48" x 144", in any thickness and in any durometer up to 95A.
We have the largest open cast sheet mold in the business, that can make any thickness sheets up to 48" x 24' long
A number of precision cast sheet molds of sizes 48" x 48", 36" x 36", 24" x 48", 24" x 24" are available to produce sheets in any thickness,or durometer.
Our ULTRA-PRECISION sheet molds can produce sheets of 24" x 24" in any thickness with a tolerance of + 0.002"
