| Custom Tooling is
our Specialty. As the only
manufacturer of Urethane and Steel Tooling in the world, we are
able to design, manufacture and try-out any kind of Press Brake
Tooling. A 400 ton American Press Brake and a 65 ton European Press
Brake are used for trying all of our custom tooling and for developmental
work.
Shown here are some of the custom tooling that we have designed
and built. Radius rib-forming on polished stainless Steel is used
as the facia for a counter In a fast food restaurant. Coiled tubes
are bent without crushing With a Urethane bottom die.
Radius stiffening ribs are formed in a
Polished sheet of stainless. |
Hydro-forming ‘ Die: 
Urethane pads are used in a variety of
pad-bending Applications. Pads can be designed to be used similar
to a ‘Hydro forming’ application, to form a variety
of Parts.
Compared to conventional Hydro
Forming , Cost savings are phenomenal.

| Airplane wing Sections: 
Four different shapes of wing sections were
formed with a sectioned, inserted steel bottom and a Urethane Pad
as the punch. All sides were formed , cup shapes were drawn and
blanked in the same hit. |
Stainless steel sink: 
These ribs on the stainless
steel sink Were formed with a steel bottom die and a flat
pad of Urethane.
