NO-MAR BRAKE DIE FILM is our trade name for a line of high performance Urethane Film, available in various thicknesses and widths in 100 Ft. long rolls.

HI-PER-FILM: Cast, skived URETHANE FILM

point This HI PERFORMANCE URETHANE FILM is made of a High performance cast URETHANE compound, that is molded and skived into various thickness of film.
point Standard Sizes: Available in: TAN or RED or BLUE colors
      Thickness available are: 0.015" (0.4mm) 0.022" (0.6mm) & 0.030" (0.8mm).
      Widths: 4" (102mm), 6" (152mm)
      Roll length : 100 Ft.(30 meters)
point Custom sizes: Available in any thickness up to 1/16"(1.6mm) Any width up to 36" (914mm)
      Any length:
            Up to 760Ft.(230 meters)-0.015"(0.4mm) thick.

POSITIONING DEVICES FOR FILM: Positioning Devices are available in 2 types for easy installation for AMADA, AMERICAN & TRUMPF

MODEL-D: Accurate front to back positioning with a Screw design, with rotating height adjustment.

point Positioning Device clamps on to the die rail, and can stretch the film and position it anywhere on the width of the die.
point Can use 4"(100mm) OR 6"(150mm) wide Brake Die films of 0.4mm to 0.8mm thick.
point Film can be positioned anywhere on the width of the die (1-V or 2-Vdie.)
point Film Height is adjustable from 60mm to120mm from the base.

Model DFPE: for EUROPEAN STYLE Machines - with 60mm wide base

Model DFPA: for AMERICAN STYLE Machines - with a 1/2" x 5/8"

Tang Model DFPT: for TRUMPF Machines with 13mm X 20mm Tang
